SMS Terms and Conditions

Effective June 14, 2025, these SMS Terms and Conditions govern the use of Meshcomm Engineering’s messaging service. By subscribing to SMS alerts, users receive real-time messages related to system status, including notifications about power anomalies, chemical levels, temperature alerts, and other monitored conditions. Message frequency depends on each user’s alert settings and system activity and may vary accordingly. Standard message and data rates may apply based on each user’s wireless plan; users should consult their carrier for details. Express consent is required to receive messages, typically provided by selecting an online checkbox during registration or in account settings. To opt out at any time, users may reply STOP and will receive a final confirmation message; no further messages will be sent unless the user re-subscribes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and message delivery is not guaranteed. Meshcomm Engineering respects user privacy and handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy.
